At The Polish Station, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping so you can get your nails looking fabulous as soon as possible! Please read our shipping policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • If you place an order after 3:00 PM (EST), your order will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), please allow additional time for processing.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen. The available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days (within the continental U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days (available for U.S. customers)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by clicking the tracking link or visiting the carrier’s website.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently only provide domestic shipping in the U.S. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or if your item is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or refund.
